Today we are reviewing the product with the very promising name, namely – The Best Keylogger 3.53 buld 1007.
So, we download the SetupInstall.exe file from the program’s website and run it. The installation wizard appears and we get through the four installation screens: the welcome screen, the EULA screen, and the ‘Confirm Installation’ one. After the installation finishes we click ‘Close’ and 'SysDir' folder appears on the desktop. It contains two icons, namely "Launch SysDir" and "Uninstall SysDir"
The program’s interface is very easy to understand and consists of two parts: the left small one with four self-explanatory buttons: start, settings, logs and service and the right big one, that shows the detailed content of each of the buttons on the left. All the information is grouped into categories, all the buttons and names are very easy to understand and interact with. That’s very good.
To continue talking about the advantages of The Best Keylogger we would have liked to emphasize its very good visual surveillance, implementation of all the parental control functions available in our chart, and very good filtering options. What also worth praising is the product’s ‘Logs transfer options’ – the log files can be delivered to the user by all the means available in our testing, except the ‘via LAN’ one. And the last but not least is The Best Keylogger’s very high stealthiness level – the program hides itself brilliantly!
As for the functionality of the product it is somewhere in the middle. On one hand The Best Keylogger has good “File activity monitoring”, “System inactivity time recording”, “System Log On” and very good visual monitoring functions implemented, while on the other hand the product has only one side of chat conversations interception in all the messengers. The “emails sent/received” are logged, but only in Microsoft Outlook 2007 and higher, so the product doesn't receive points in this section (emails in Outlook Express are not logged).
Summing up we can say that the product is not the best one we have tested, though has a very good potential – the developers work fast and add new functions often, so most probably one day The Best Keylogger will be also known as ‘The Best One on Keylogger.Org’! As for now, it will come in handy for those who value stelahiness, simplicity in use and doesn’t require any ‘hardcore functions’ such as ‘emails interception’ or ‘both sides of the chat conversation monitoring’
