The new version of All in One Keylogger was recently tested by our team. The new version received 50 more points than the previous one and was ranked number 2 in our comparison table! So, let’s start our review.
The installation process is very simple, but a lot of pre-installation windows do not leave a good impression. In total you need to pass 5 windows (Welcome screen, EULA, Destination Location screen, Additional Tasks screen and the last one – Confirm screen). After the installation is finished the program icon appears in System Tray, on clicking it the Create Password screen appears. When the password is created and the button ‘Understood’ in Password reminder screen is clicked you are finally able to see the interface of the program. Everything is easy-to-use – the settings are grouped into categories and are listed in the left part of the window. More detailed settings from each of the groups are shown in the right part of the screen. The log files viewer has the same structure – the left side contains the group names, while the right one shows us the logs themselves.
As usual we’ll continue with the strongest points of the program. In All in One Keylogger 3.0 they are: great log-transfer options (log files can be transported by all the means available in our testing), total invisibility of the program, implementation of such a rare function as ‘Sound recording’, great visual surveillance (all the functions except ‘Ability to choose between full screen and active window screenshots’ are implemented), recording of system logon/logoff time, ‘Reaction to a specific keyword’, both of parental control functions.
As for the weaknesses of the program they are the following: very weak file activity monitoring (only logging of the opened files function is implemented), not enough URL interception level (2 browsers of 4 only), only one-side chat interception.
Though the program has some defects in interception it compensates them fully with great stealthiness and plenty of rare functions implemented. So, summing up we can say that the users who value stealthiness and large number of options will greatly appreciate All in One Keylogger 3.0 and find a lots of ways to use it.
